Second Bi-Annual Insurance Agency Partnership Food Drive

Rainbow International Restoration & Cleaning is hosting their second bi-annual Insurance Agency Partnership Food Drive to help community members in need.

BEAMAN, IA. - February 26, 2016 - On Monday, Rainbow International of Grundy County and their participating local insurance agencies partners in Blackhawk, Benton, Butler, Franklin, and Hardin counties start the second bi-annual Insurance Agency Partnership Food Drive.
Rainbow International is hosting the Food Drive to raise food donations for community members in need this Spring season.  They have partnered with the following insurance agencies to collect food and non-perishable item donations in the community from Feb 29th to Mar 18th 2016.  Their goal is to donate over 300 lbs of food this season to the over 19,000 food insecure families located in the collection counties.  All of the food collected in each county will be dispersed to county food banks such as the Ackley Food Pantry, Aplington-Parkersburg Food Pantry, Bremer County Community Action, Hardin County Food Shelf, and the Northeast Iowa Food Bank.. Please follow the guidelines listed below for item donations!
"After hosting our first food drive in the Fall of 2015, we had such a great turn out, we wanted to host a second drive with our partners in other counties we service. Our agents did an amazing job during our first food drive! I can't wait to see what we can do with our second!" says Becky Posusta, BDA for Rainbow International of Grundy County. "Rainbow International has partnered up with Ronald McDonald houses all over the US, but since we don't have any in our area we needed a way to give back to our community. Food Drives seemed like a great way to help those in need."
The following insurance agencies have graciously offered to collect items. Please feel free to drop off donations at any of the following insurance locations!
